The following listing is not intended to be all inclusive, but rather provide a sample of the actions required of all agencies, whether Primary or Support.

1. Develop or maintain SOPs for their role in public health and medical services during a disaster or emergency.

2. Maintain current notification and equipment lists for all departments and provide these lists as requested.

3. Participate in county and city exercises to test capabilities.

4. Meet and work with other agencies with responsibilities in other ESFs that could aid your actions.

5. Maintain and offer up-to-date training that meets local, State, and Federal requirements.

6. Provide services if requested or required by the city or county.

7. Maintain and provide technical assistance if required by the disaster.

8. Provide liaisons to the EOC as required or requested.

9. Provides damage and outage information to the EOC regularly and to other agencies upon request.

10. Provide information such as severe weather or any changes to ongoing situations. 

11. Maintain records of costs and expenditures and forward them to the Finance/Administration Section Chief.

12. Prepare after-action reports

13. Aid in recovery operations.

14. Participate in public education for mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.
